Bollington Underwriting is pleased to report that the improvements made to its online courier and single taxi quote facilities have led to a surge in enquiries at the end of 2015, with over 11,000 online quotations provided on these product lines in the last quarter of the year.
Following changes made to further enhance the speed and effectiveness of the quote process - with the number of questions reduced by at least 50% on each line of business, and improved functionality (such as the addition of various MTA functions on policies taken out through the new system), our broker partners are giving the new system a good reception.
Account servicing can now take place online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the changes have led to an increase in the number of brokers quoting, with January on course to have over 4,200 unique visitors to Bollington's courier and taxi quote system.
