To Deliver a ‘best in class’ HR service that will build a companywide ‘Centre of Excellence’ in the achievement of the company’s Vision, Values and Behaviours.
Work with the HR Director to deliver the Group’s People Strategy via an HR team in the achievement of ‘Employer of Choice’ status and recognised industry and professional standards.
Hands-on approach will be required to manage the overall HR operations in the delivery of strategic objectives
To deliver a comprehensive HR Service, ensuring managers and employees are equipped with best practice to foster a high-performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and on-going development of a talented workforce.
Ensure that the individual and collective relationship between the organisation and its employees is managed appropriately; within a clear framework underpinned by organisation culture, practices, policies and ultimately by relevant law.
